Plasma Electrocoagulation (PEC)

Plasma Electrocoagulation (PEC) is applied within the Valhalla platform as an alternative or complementary treatment process for contaminant removal and water clarification.

Plasma Electrocoagulation

PEC introduces an electrical current to generate coagulants in situ, which bind to suspended solids, metals, and other contaminants, allowing for effective removal. The plasma component enhances reaction efficiency and improves overall treatment performance.

Within the system, PEC is used to:

  • Remove suspended solids and turbidity
  • Reduce metals and complex contaminants
  • Improve overall water clarity
  • Support downstream filtration and polishing
